Orders & Production

Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
A: All XTND products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the item. Once your order is produced, shipping times vary by destination:

• United States: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days
  Please note: Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive on different days.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Because our products are custom-made, orders cannot typically be canceled or modified once production has begun. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Shipping & Tracking

Q: Will I get a tracking number?
A: Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking confirmation email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information.

Q: Why did my order arrive in separate packages?
A: XTND works with multiple fulfillment partners to ensure quality and availability. If your order contains multiple items, they may be produced and shipped from different locations. This is normal.

Q: My package is lost or marked as delivered but I didn’t receive it. What do I do?
A: First, check with neighbors or your building management. If your package is still missing, contact us at scalerastudios@gmail.com and we will help you investigate with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return my items?
A: Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, size, or color preference.

Q: What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
A: We want you to be satisfied! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We will work with our fulfillment partners to offer a replacement or refund.

Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know what size to order?
A: Each product has a size chart on its product page. Please review it carefully before ordering, as sizes can vary slightly between products.

Q: Do your products run true to size?
A: Our clothing is designed to be comfortable and true to size, but because items are made to order, slight variations may occur. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

A: Most of our clothing, including our shirts, are 100% cotton, soft, durable, and comfortable. Material details for each product are listed on its product page.

Q: Are your products ethically made?
A: Yes. We partner with trusted fulfillment partners who uphold ethical production standards and high-quality printing practices.
